Climate change impacts are already on your doorstep, no matter where you live.
These are stories of climate impacts, big and small. Some are sentimental, some are life and death. All are true stories, experienced by the storytellers, recorded and collected at OnAirFest in Brooklyn, NY in February 2025.
You can add your climate impact, extreme weather, and unnatural disaster stories to the map and to the collection below.

A couple of years ago, i was in an office and the rain was so bad they sent everyone home early. But going home early, we all had to drive through this flood. This situation--flooding after basic rain--is becoming a common occurence"
The flooding is huge, and we have no ability to do anything about it. Climate change is impacting people who don't even know that it's impacting them, because they're trying to survive in everyday life--rural communities, working class communities, people who are living in poverty. We're seeing people's lives being destroyed and lives being taken.
